Ask yourself what do you want to put in your shed? You want a garden shed that’s not too big but roomy enough to fit your stuff without tripping over things. Can you comfortably fit your lawnmower without breaking the handles, together with an adult bike or wheelbarrow in it?
An 8′x7′ (2.45m x 2.16m) shed is the right size for these items. Many people will go for the 6′ x 5′ (1.83m x 1.54m) shed and make do quite well. However the extra space of the larger shed means you can fit shelving and move around inside. Plus your mower stays fully assembled.
Make a list of the bulky items bound for your new garden shed. That will help you plan the best dimensions and use of the space available.
What else do you want? Tell you some next time.
