I am interested in setting up a shed for my son's drumming & band practice. It would need to be insulated and able to be soundproofed as much as possible. Waterproofing is also important as damp can warp the instruments, it would also need have some windows & ventilation so it is comfortable for jam sessions. Am I dreaming?
